The processing technology of dehydrated carrots

1, choice of materials

Processing of dehydrated carrot seed material should choose the skin smooth, color is bright orange red, healthy fresh carrots. Its length is 18 ~ 25 cm, both ends of uniform thickness, diameter of 2.5 ~ 4 cm, core to fine.

2, cleaning and finishing

Use clean water to remove sediment and other impurities, and then remove skin, cut green head and core, non core do meat. Peel method manual peeling, peeling machine and chemical peeling. Chemical peeling is the concentration of 3% ~ 6% alkali, temperature 80 ~ 90 ℃, dipping 2 to 4 minutes to soften the skin, but do not penetrate the inner organization of lye.

3, segmentation

To organize a good raw material into 0.6 ~ 0.8 cm square carrot granule or other shape, and then rinse with water.

4, Tang Piao

5, the dehydration

6, choose

Screen out debris, pick to the impurities and discoloration of the product. Operation should be fast, to prevent the product moisture.

7, packing

When packing the product moisture content of not more than 7.5%. for carton packaging, composite bag, seal.

Product quality requirements of color is orange yellow or orange red, no impurities.
